Swedish scientists told to stay at home next year following government's moratorium on joint projects
A Swedish-led Arctic expedition, planned for 2023, has been put on hold because it would have been carried out in cooperation with Russian researchers, Stockholm University has announced.

Stockholm University said it supports the sanctions, but Örjan Gustafsson, a professor at Stockholm’s department for environmental science, warned that there might be a negative impact on climate research in the Arctic.
