Danish university attendance drops after pandemic

   

Just 60,000 students to start studies in winter semester, as many postpone university for travel

Denmark has seen a drop in student numbers, which may be related to post-pandemic travel among young people, but Norway has reported record numbers of students.

In Denmark, just over 60,000 students will start at one of the country’s eight universities or professional colleges, while Norway has offered places to 105,000 first-year students at a university or college.
