Danish government responds with offer of extra funding for bioscience training

Universities and life science companies in Denmark need to work closely to address a shortage of skilled staff, according to a working group set up by the Danish government.

The report was commissioned as part of the Strategy for Life Science, launched by the previous Danish government in 2021. Its aim was to evaluate how the country’s higher education system could meet the increasing demand for trained staff in the country’s thriving bioscience sector.
