Danish universities urged to boost PhD wellbeing

Report argues for concerted action on mental health, as it publishes recommendations

Danish university unions have published a list of recommendations to improve the wellbeing and mental health of PhD students.

Danske Universiteter, an organisation that represents universities, and DM, a union for academic professionals, said the document was intended to show Danish universities which initiatives they could implement to improve the wellbeing of their early career researchers, placing the onus for action on the shoulders of institutions.
