Science ministry announces €800 million investment for 2022-23

The Spanish government has said that it will almost quadruple its funding for renewable energy research for 2022-23.

Announcing the funding allocation of about €800 million on 7 September, the country’s science minister Diana Morant said the government wanted to “leave the legacy of clean energy to future generations”.
