Aalborg and Nokia set up science park

Mobile giant Nokia has teamed up with Aalborg University to create a research hub in Copenhagen, the university said on 2 November. The building which has previously housed Nokia’s headquarters in Denmark will now host researchers, students and businesses.

The collaboration includes a donation of high technology equipment from Nokia and aims to strengthen cooperation between researchers and industry. Businesses in China, Sweden and the United States have expressed interest in the park, the university said.
