Copenhagen’s biology department warns of future cuts

Researchers at the Department of Biology at Copenhagen University risk facing the sack for the third year in a row, Universitetsavisen, the university newspaper, reported on 26 August.

The department’s salary expenses put a strain on finances, and staff will only be paid for ten months of the year in the future, scientists have been told.
