Copenhagen universities collaborate in food science

The University of Copenhagen and the Technical University of Denmark have teamed up to carve out a stronger position for food and veterinary sciences in Denmark, the institutions said in a joint statement on 19 March.

The first step in the collaboration is to create a virtual centre that can give authorities and the public an overview of existing research at the two institutions. Together the two universities cover about 85 per cent of food and veterinary research in Denmark.
