Denmark’s research minister Sofie Carsten Nielsen has signed an agreement of closer cooperation on innovation with Turkey’s finance minister Mehmet Şimşek.
The agreement was finalised on 17 March, during a Turkish delegation’s visit to Denmark, which included Turkey’s president, Abdullah Gul. The partnership deal proposes a number of possible areas of collaboration between the two nations, including joint workshops and innovation programmes.
In April, Denmark’s research ministry will send its own delegation to the International Energy and Environment Fair and Conference, an energy trade show in Turkey.
