The Academy of Finland and the country's innovation agency Tekes will collaborate with the National Science Foundation in the United States to develop mobile data solutions, Tekes announced on 5 October.
The project involves creating a virtual institute, Wireless Innovation between Finland and US (WIFIUS) and researcher exchange. There will also be a learning portal set up for the research network, Tekes said in a statement.
