Finnish R&D tax incentives proposed

Finland should give a 50 per cent tax relief for income made from intellectual property such as licenses and patents, to retain international competitiveness, a report says.

Finance minister Jan Vapaavuori introduced the ‘Tax incentives for intellectual property rights: international comparison and the Finnish model’ report on 13 December.
