Higher education graduates in Finland want stable jobs with a stimulating working environment, a survey has reported.
Akava, a union representing higher-education graduates, published the results of its survey on workplace priorities on 12 July. The survey asked 20-35 year-olds and 35-64 year-olds what they thought were the most important characteristics of a good job.
The survey found that 63 per cent of 20-35 year-old respondents said that having a stable job is extremely important for them. This was followed by a “good and encouraging working environment”, which 57 per cent of the younger respondents thought is extremely important.
