The Russian state-owned nuclear holding company, Rosatom Corp., has agreed to build the first nuclear power plant in Bangladesh.
Yeafesh Osman, Bangladesh’s state minister for science and information and communication technology, and Sergei Kiriyenko, the head of Rosatom, signed the agreement in Dhaka on 2 November.
