The Skolkovo Foundation and Oxford Bioscience Partners have signed a memorandum of understanding for investments worth US$10 million over the next three years, Skolkovo announced on 6 August.
The US biotechnology venture fund plans to invest in technology projects developed by companies participating in the Russian innovation hub.
