The European Commission has put forward a second version of the EU budget for 2015, after the failure of the first round of negotiations.
The draft, presented on 28 November, is very similar to the one discarded on 17 November following the end of the conciliation talks between the Commission, the European Parliament and the Council of Ministers.
The second proposal foresees €145.2 billion in commitments and €141.3bn in payments, while the first draft proposed €145.6bn in commitments and €142.1bn in payments.
