A review of the EU’s digital single market and better legislation around health technologies are on the cards next year as part of the European Commission’s work programme.
The work programme, presented by Commission president Jean-Claude Juncker on 25 October, set out priorities for the Commission in 2017. The programme proposes several revisions of laws and guidelines around the single market as part of the implementation of the Single Market Strategy.
