The European Commission’s Rise group of research, innovation and science policy experts has published its last report under the outgoing R&D commissioner Carlos Moedas.
The “final reflections”, published on 25 October, cover subjects including citizen engagement in science, openness versus protectionism in innovation, disruptive technologies, science diplomacy and societal missions.
