Jean-Claude Burgelman to retire at the end of February
The European Commission’s open-access envoy Jean-Claude Burgelman will be leaving his post at the end of February, he has told Research Professional News.
He said that he will be retiring from the Commission, but returning to work part-time in academia at the Free University of Brussels (VUB), with which he has a long-standing affiliation.
