Christian Ehler criticises reluctance from member states to commit to fresh funding for Chips Act
The influential MEP Christian Ehler has slammed the Council of the EU for its “bizarre” stance on the bloc’s budget.
His remarks via Twitter came after the Council agreed its stance on the Chips Act, an EU initiative to support the development and manufacturing of microchips amid insecure global supplies.
