Removal of contact information feared to be “very much to the detriment” of research community
A group of research and technology organisations has expressed “great concern” about the removal of contact information from an online directory of European Commission officials.
The Commission recently removed contact details from the Who is Who directory for staff in positions below heads of unit, which it said was done to protect them from being subjected to “undue pressure” from people contacting them.
