European legislators must ensure that copyright laws apply equally across all member states to support scientists and academia, the European Digital Rights initiative has said.
In a guide to EU copyright reforms, published today, Edri calls on its members to keep pushing for new legislation to be applied equally in Europe. According to the guide, copyright law will continue to differ among EU countries, despite reforms introduced by the European Commission.
