Science Europe calls for research to be considered as Commission drafts principles and data law
An upcoming EU data law and guidelines on digital rights are being planned with too little attention to research and innovation, according a group representing major public bodies that fund and do research.
The European Commission needs to think more about how its digital proposals could disrupt or disincentivise R&D, Science Europe warned in two sets of feedback to the EU that it published on 27 August.
