Sweden is to lead a project approved by the Arctic Council to look into ways of coping with social and ecological changes in the Arctic region, it was announced on 10 November.
The Stockholm Resilience Centre at Stockholm University and the Stockholm Environment Institute (SEI) are to lead the project.
