Montenegro has joined the EU’s Lifelong Learning Programme, which will allow it to participate in the Erasmus student exchange.
On 24 May, Montenegro signed a memorandum of understanding to establish its full participation in all parts of the LLP during 2013.
This follows the addition of Serbia and the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia in the past two years.
