U-Multirank, the EU-backed university rankings system, has released its rankings for more than 1,200 institutions in 83 countries that now participate in the assessment.
The number of higher education institutions analysed has increased by 850 since the first edition, and amount to more than 1,200 from 83 countries.
The Reutlingen University of Applied Sciences in Germany ranked the first in cooperation with industry, while the IESEG School of Management Lille in France was the best performer in terms of student mobility and also excelled in number of spin-offs.
