Science Europe, the umbrella group for organisations funding and conducting research, has published a guide to help align research data management policies across Europe.
“Currently, there is a lot of variation in research data management policies,” the guide says. “This can be confusing for researchers and is especially problematic as many researchers acquire their funding from different sources.”
Published on 29 January, the guide is intended to address the “urgent need to align data management policies in order to provide more clarity for researchers”.
