The researcher association EuroScience has relaunched its working group on science policy and is inviting interested parties to join.
The aim in relaunching the group is to “influence policymakers in shaping the future of science, technology and innovation in Europe”, EuroScience said in a post on its website on 17 May.
It said that some of the areas it might cover include science diplomacy, research evaluation, academic freedom, gender and social inequalities in science, and funding. Previously the working group has written open letters to EU politicians, produced policy papers and held conference sessions.
