Commissioner says obstacles to cross-border collaboration between universities must be removed
EU research and education commissioner Iliana Ivanova has promised to increase educational mobility in Europe and remove obstacles to cross-border university collaboration.
Speaking at an event on the European Education Area on 10 October, she said learning mobility was “the most successful, most recognisable tool at our disposal”.
