European Association of Research Managers and Administrators seeking to support professional development
The European Association of Research Managers and Administrators has launched a pilot mentorship programme intended to provide support to research managers whose careers are in their early stages.
Launched on 30 October, the Earma Mentorship Scheme is designed to facilitate “personal and professional development, knowledge sharing, and the overall growth and success of individuals and their organisations”.
