UK universities reticent over European assessment reform

RPN Live: One English institution says membership of Coara reform coalition “has not been discussed”

Rianne Letschert from the Coalition for Advancing Research Assessment said at a Research Professional News Live webinar this month that the UK and Germany were her top priorities for bolstering the group. Coara was set up to help organisations implement the voluntary Agreement on Reforming Research Assessment, which was initiated by the European Commission and has more than 500 signatories.
