European Trade Union Committee for Education says reliable data on diversity is lacking
More research is needed to increase diversity in higher education, according to a European association of education trade unions.
“Staff diversity is important as academics are also role models for their students,” the European Trade Union Committee for Education (Etuce) said on 4 May.
