‘This is fine’

Last year, organisations in Europe and other major world powers cut their research ties with Russia following its full-scale invasion of Ukraine. These decisions were not taken lightly, and their impact on research within and outside of Russia has been well documented. But inside the increasingly isolated country, some research leaders are insisting that international collaborations are going rather well.
