Pākehā men dominate company boards as “shocking” lack of cultural diversity continues

 It will take a decade for New Zealand’s top 100 publicly listed companies to reach gender equality, with new figures suggesting momentum for gender and cultural diversity has stalled, a leading Auckland academic says,  

Judy McGregor, a former Equal Employment Opportunities commissioner and Auckland University of Technology social sciences professor, says the latest NZ census of women on company boards shows little progress.
