Project helps ‘build a thorough picture of the situation of Pacific communities in New Zealand’

Auckland University of Technology has launched a Pacific-language video series that will focus on findings from a major research project tracking the health and wellbeing of Pacific Islands children in New Zealand.

The Pacific Islands Families study—which has been running for 20 years—is based at AUT and has followed the lives of more than 1,300 Pacific children born in 2000 at Middlemore hospital in Otahuhu, Auckland.
