Union says pandemic period is ‘worst time’ for such a scheme

A restructuring proposal at the Victoria University of Wellington is facing stiff opposition from unionised staff. 

In a statement, Tertiary Education Union co-branch president Dougal McNeill, said the middle of a pandemic was “the worst time to be introducing major restructuring and doubt”.
