New Zealand’s Tertiary Education Commission releases guidelines for university funding from 2022

Tertiary institutions in New Zealand will need to follow updated guidelines when applying for government funding.

The latest “plan guidance” from the Tertiary Education Commission was released in December. The guidelines, which cover applications for new and renewed TEC funding, direct institutions on how to meet the aims of the tertiary education strategy, which was updated late last year. They will be used to guide any TEC funding from 2022.
