Scottish Enterprise invites applications to tender for research and development services and related consultancy for a framework for economic appraisal and evaluation support.
The requirement is for a framework to provide appraisal, evaluation and research support for the strategy and economics team within Scottish Enterprise. The framework will be used to provide consultancy support when independent appraisals, evaluations and research or specialist skills are required, or when internal people resources are not available. Projects commissioned through the framework may relate to any of the five priority areas Scottish Enterprise will focus on to help economic recovery and long-term growth: renewables, growth companies, internationalisation, innovation, transition to a low-carbon economy. Recommendations on the future direction of projects may also be sought.
