UK universities are second only to the Swiss in delivering value for money in higher education, according to the Times Higher Education survey of world university rankings.
As expected, US universities dominate the rankings, with 75 institutions in the top 200. The UK is again second with 32, followed by Germany and the Netherlands with 12, and Canada with 9.
