Defra: evidence of the impact of abstraction reform options on the environment and abstractors

The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs invites proposals for research into the evidence of the impacts of abstraction reform options on the environment and abstractors (excluding water companies).

The project should aim to assess and quantify the level and distribution of impacts in the period 2025 to 2050 and beyond of different abstraction regimes reform options on abstractors, excluding water companies, while meeting targeted environmental flows to protect water ecosystems. Ref: WT0964
