The Society of Biology has launched a Plant Sciences Federation to encourage a “comprehensive dialogue” across the plant and crop science community and to ensure that science and production are focused on meeting global challenges. It will aim to bring together the wider grouping as “one voice”, including research, outreach, industry and education.
