Nearly a quarter of surveyed companies are struggling to find sufficiently skilled senior engineers, a survey published by the Institute of Engineering and Technology on 21 July has found.
The survey shows that 47 per cent of companies are recruiting engineering staff, but that almost half of these are having trouble finding senior engineers with five to ten years’ experience.
