The Joint Information Systems Committee invites applications to tender for an analysis of the value and benefits of text mining and text analytics in UK further education and higher education.
The objectives of the work are: to collect evidence of the value, in particularly in economic terms, and benefits of the development and exploitation of technologies and good practice in text mining and text analytics; to analyse and present this evidence to support the adoption of particular positions with respects to the technical, economic, legal and policy contexts that are relevant to them.
