The Joint Information Systems Committee invites applications to tender for the provision of a basic online exchanging course related information course advertising profile (XCRI-CAP 1.2) feed validator and aggregator IT service.
Tenders are invited from individuals and consortia with a proven familiarity with XCRI-CAP 1.2, open source software development and service provision. The testing tools created under this contract should be completed by 5 March 2012 and maintained until 31 March 2013.
