Research Councils UK invites tenders for the provision of strategic stakeholder management and economic modelling services for the UK contribution to the HiPER project.
The contractor will be responsible for identifying high-influence stakeholders and the development of their relationship to the project, developing existing relationships with European and US stakeholders and assisting the UK project team to build the case for a UK national laser energy programme.
