The appliance of science in rural Scotland

Iain Gordon, chief executive of the James Hutton Institute, near Dundee, will deliver the Edinburgh Consortium for Rural Research’s Peter Wilson lecture at the Royal Society of Edinburgh on 13 February.

Gordon will describe the need for cooperation between scientists and rural communities to achieve sustainable land use in Scotland and beyond.
