Nesta/UNDP: renewable energy challenge

The National Endowment for Science, Technology and the Arts, in association with the United Nations Development Programme, invites applications for its renewable energy challenge.

The aim is to design and develop a sustainable cost-effective solution for a stand-alone, off-grid renewable energy supply that will not cost more than €5,000, and that can produce an average of 1,25 kWh and 120 litres of hot water to cover the needs of an average returnee family in rural areas of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
