Social science is ‘vital’ in Scottish referendum

The Campaign for Social Science says Scottish policy-making is more stable than in England, but is lacking in innovation.

This is among the conclusions from a booklet, ‘Making the Case for Social Sciences – Scotland’, published on 18 December, which features examples of influential social science in Scotland.
