Brian Cox tries to brand himself

The University of Manchester physicist and media presenter Brian Cox has applied to the Intellectual Property Office to make his name a trademark, the Daily Telegraph reported on 18 March.

The newspaper said the move follows T-shirt manufacturer 8Ball producing a range of shirts featuring pictures of Cox alongside slogans such as “I will do science to you”.
