NESTA: call to tender − evaluation of project Oracle

The National Endowment for Science, Technology and the Arts invites applications to tender for its evaluation of project Oracle call.

NESTA wants to commission a high quality, rigorous evaluation of project Oracle during its second phase to understand what mechanisms are effective at generating high quality evidence amongst providers, whilst also ensuring this information is useable and used by decision makers. The objective of the evaluation is: to test the effectiveness of the five activities at stimulating the supply and demand for evidence; the impact project Oracle has upon providers, decision making of funders and commissioners and the universities involved. Up to £30,000 is available and the final report should be completed in March 2013.
