UK Trade and Investment, the body that seeks to attract foreign investment in the UK, has warned that visa restrictions are turning companies off, The Independent reports.
The newspaper has printed details of a leaked UKTI report that shows 50 per cent of potential investors approached for a survey said visa regulation was a top concern. Just 13 per cent were concerned about company taxation and 10 per cent cited red tape as an issue.
